How and where
to apply for PASS's Services? The applicant should fill
the appropriate application form shown below and forward it to CRDB
Bank Limited and the bank will forward it to PASS LIMITED in
Morogoro for further processing
It is important that client/applicant provides all necessary
documents to the PASS/CRDB Representative at the time of
application. This will speed up the process and prevent undue loss
of time on the client.
Applicant should contact the PASS/CRDB Representative in any branch
of CRDB Bank and requested for the appropriate forms and other
information and/or guidance necessary towards completion of the
first stage of the application process.
Initial Stage: Application process within CRDB Bank
The PASS/CRDB Representative will receive the completed application
form, key documents and the non-refundable commitment fee from
client.
Initial screening of investment will be done within CRDB Bank.
Viable investments will be passed on to PASS for further processing.
Pre- appraisal stage: Application Process within PASS
Client will be registered with PASS.
PASS/CRDB Representative will make a visit to client to assess
business opportunity and collateral.
Client will be advised to go to CRDB Bank to have collateral
evaluated by a certified firm.
PASS and CRDB Bank will inform the client of valuation results.
If valuation report is positive PASS will enter into contract with
client in order to provide the requested service(s).
Business plan stage: Perfection of Application by PASS
Client will pay the business plan fee to PASS.
PASS will prepare a Business Plan in collaboration with client.
If business plan shows viability of nvestment.PASS will advise
client to submit it to CRDB Bank for loan consideration.
Credit Guarantee Stage: Risk Sharing between PASS and CRDB Bank
CRDB Bank will take a decision regarding the loan.
PASS and CRDB Bank will agree on amount of Credit Guarantee.
PASS will issue credit Guarantee to CRDB Bank.
Loan Disbursement stage: Monitoring by CRDB Bank
CRDB Bank will disburse the loan shoeing repayment schedule.
CRDB Bank will monitor repayment schedule.
Recovery of non-performing loans by CRDB Bank and PASS LIMITED
If client fails to make repayment for the loan ,CRDB Bank and PASS
LIMITED will dispose of the collateral and recover the amount of
loan
